The design for Lantern House came from looking at the city’s existing buildings and thinking about which ones you might want to live in, not just look at.
Residences
Defined by soaring, dramatic bay windows—illuminate elegant yet relaxed interiors. With ceiling heights up to 10-feet 9-inches, these radiant, loft-like spaces temper bold modernism with the warm patina of an exquisite material palette of stone, marble, bronze, and oak.

Day and night, carefully considered amenities and impeccable services cater to all manner of occasions — with moments ranging from the energizing to the serene. Residents have access to premier services from a dedicated team of experienced professionals, who offer as much or as little service as desired.
Spa & Pool
The 75-foot long saline-system swimming pool is a showpiece of Lantern House — the centerpiece of a soaring double-height space, filled with light, running alongside the celebrated High Line.
